1. Notice
1) Never overloading.
2) Hydraulic system pressure should not pass 8-10Mpa.
3) The wind when the machine works outside must be less than 5 classes.
4) Working in high place must not move violently.
5) When the platform works, the machine should not move around.
6) usage forbidden when the landing legs are fold.
2. Repairmen and Maintenance
1) After working, the lift platform must be fold and should be cut power supply off.
2) The machine should be kept inside room.
3) The joint of machine must be lubricated frequently.
4) The hydraulic oil must be changed in two months when the machine is first used. And afterward the hydraulic oil should be changed by the working situations. (Hydraulic oil NO.10 in summer, and winter 30#)
5) The seal ring should be changed immediately when it does not work well.
6) The hydraulic components must be cleaned enough when they are changed. If the component is not available, the input part of oil cylinder should be sealed to prevent the crash and eyewinker of oil system.
