Product overview
1. The counterflow cooling principle is adopted to cool the pellets with high temperature and moisture. Hot air touches hot pellets and cool air touches cool pellets so as to avoid the pellet surface crack caused by sudden cooling produced by direct touching between cool air and hot pellets. At the same time, the airlock is used for feeding and space of air inlet bigger, therefore it can get better cooling effects;
2.Slide reciprocating discharger has smooth and reliable discharging, low residue;
3.Low power consumption, ease of operation;
4.Pellet temperature after cooling is less than +3°C~5°C ambient temperature;
5. Capable of cooling pellets.
working principle
pellet feeds produced by pellet machine go through screw feeder, drop down to material segregation device, and uniformly scatter around in workbin. When materials accumulating and reaching the same level of level detector, it would alarm and the motor would be stopped and push discharge plate back and forth, so as to discharge cooled pellet materials. When the level of materials are lower than level detector, it would alarm, the motor would stopped. Cold air would be sucked under inlet air sieve, go through granular materials vertically, take away the heat and moisture, and go out from top air damper. During the process of reverse flow cooling, the sucked cold air will contact with below colder granular materials, and become hotter air, then it contact with above materials which have higher temperature, the temperature of air discharged from top air damper is similar to air entering from bottom, so as to definitely avoid “sudden cold”, controlling moisture and temperature of final products, reducing cracks on surface of pellet, ensuring product quality.
