  4. The bottom-type electric or pneumatic discharging system can assure fast material discharging and less residue wit door shaft chain mechanism.

♥Cooling and screening process

  1. This machine adopts the counter flow cooling principle to cool down pellets with high temperature and high moisture content. This cooling method can avoid the sudden cooling because of the direct contact between the cold air and materials, which will prevent the surface cracking of the pellets.
  2. The latest design of octagonal cooling chamber has no dead angle.
  3. Feeding via airlock has large wind area and remarkable cooling effect.
  4. The reciprocating slide valve discharging mechanism is stable and reliable in working and guarantee less residue.
  5. Low energy consumption and easy operation.
  6. The temperature of cooled products is not 3℃~5℃ higher than room temperature, which is suitable for cooling granule materials.

♥Packing process

  1. Adopted with double-speed motor belt feeding mechanism, it is applicable to a wide range of materials including the weighing and packing of pellets and powdery materials.
  2. Bucket weighing and reasonable return air structure makes compact structure, easy installation and reduced dust.
  3. The weighing control instrument is fully digital and intelligent, which ensures high weighing accuracy, fast speed and simple operation.
  4. The instrument has a variety of functions, including auto tare, zero tracking, tolerance alarm, communication, gross weight weighing, net weight weighing, bag number accumulation, etc.
  5. Weighing range:15-50KG
  6. Weighing accuracy:Static  ±0.1% Dynamic   ±0.2%

♥PLC controlling

All the process above will be controlled and monitored by our advanced computer controlling system. The control center is collected in accordance with the actual value and the current settings for contrast, which will ensure the stability of the whole processing in order to give full play to the pellet plant production capacity and to prevent plugging.
