This mineral water filling machine is mainly use for the water filling. it's washing, filling and capping are in one body.it can fit to 0.25-2Lbottles.
The whole process is automatic. The machine is used in filling mineral water and purified water into bottles made of polyester and plastics. The handle of the machine can be freely and conveniently turned to adjust the machine to fill various types of bottles. The advanced OMRON programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine to run automatically while a transducer is used in the bottle entering chains to adjust speeds and coordinated with the transducer of the main machine to make the operations of moving bottle forward steadily and reliably. It is convenient to operate with high automation because every part of the machine is inspected to run with photoelectric. The machine is an idea-preferred equipment for beverage factory.
Main performance
1) Bottle is entered by air conveyor, the speed of bottle entering is fast and bottle shape isn't changed because of adopting hanging clamping bottleneck way.
2) Adopting clamping bottleneck way to wash bottle mouth and avoid touching screw mouth, adopting clamping bottleneck way in the whole conveying process. When bottle type changes, you need to change the board related with bottle diameter.
3) Filling adopts cylinder feeding structure, filling valve adopts high filling speed and mass flow rate valve which control liquids level accurately and without loss.
4) Screw capper adopts French advanced technology which can screw cap promptly when clamping bottle.
5) The PLC and transducer are chosen from international famous brand, such as OMRON, MITSUBISHI and so on.
