Copper wire granulator

A copper wire granulator is used to recycle copper from scrap copper cable/wire. It differs from a wire stripper in several points.

1. Copper wire granulator will use a crusher to cut long wire into small granules and at the same time grind the insulation off; then with the help of several blowers and vibrating table, the insulation and the copper are separated from each other. The final products you get are copper granules and pvc/rubber granules.

2. Generally, a copper wire granulator is quite large in volume and can take 10-40kgs of wire once. So it is much more efficiency than a wire stripper.

3. A copper wire granulator is more popularly used to handle thin wire especially those wires hard to be processed by a wire stripper.

4. Usually a Copper wire granulator can’t process armored or too hard insulated cable/wire. So if your wires are covered with these materials, please use a wire stripper.

5.Copper wire granulator can only work on 3 phase power with voltage and frequency to be customized according to customers local use. Wire stripper can work on both single and three phase power.

Generally, you can use it to process diameter in 0.2mm to 20mm communication wire, automotive wire, festival light wire and other unarmored wire with no plugs or sockets on them.

1. How to make sure the machine is workable for us?

Please tell us the wire types you process. If possible better send us some images and their maximum and minimum diameters.

2. How much area will the machine take?

Generally for AZS400M, it takes about 7 square meters; for AZS400, it is about12 square meters; for AZS600, it is about 20 square meters; for AZS800, it is about 40 square meters.

3. Can the machine run on single phase power?

No. These machines can only run on 3 phase power with voltage and frequency customized according to your local use.

4. Where to pick up the machine?

We are company located in China. Usually, we send the machine to our nearest sea port and you find shipping agent to send the machine to you OR we find shipping agent and ship it to your nearest sea port, after making customs clearance you pick it up from the port.

5. How about guarantee? What if there is something wrong with the machine?

The machine guarantee period is one year. During the guarantee, shall any problems on the machine without wrong operation, we help repair or replace the parts for free.
