There are 4 machines in snack puffed rice ball production line: puffing machine, sugar boiler, mixing machine and snacks’ forming machine. Processing flow: Puffing machine--sugar boiler--mixing machine--snacks’ forming machine--packing machine.

Puffing machine: This machine has largest capacity in air flow puffing machine at present domestic market. It can puff maize, corn, rice, millet, wheat, highland barley, buckwheat, sorghum and beans which contain starchy material.

Sugar boiler is applied to melt sugar, making preparation for further usage. It’s made of food grade stainless steel, high efficiency, two types to choose, electric heating or gas heating. 

Mixing machine: Mix syrup with puffed cereal automatically and evenly; Made of stainless steel, non-sticky, suitable for puffed rice candy, peanut candy and popcorn.

Snacks' forming machine: Puffed rice candy, rice crispy candy, peanut candy,sunflower seed candy and sesame candy in round type,  cylindrical type, square type or semi-circle type.
