1. How to Order?

Normally the customer can order our products by Alibaba platform or contact RELAB representative by Email. After receiving your message, our sales will confirm with you about the specification or other required things, then RELAB will send an official invoice to you via mail, which will be included the details of your order and bank information named RELAB with a stamp and signed by manager. 

2. How to Pay?

We accept the payment via ESCROW, T/T (bank transfer) and Western Union, even Paypal or Credit card. Please inquire us about the details in advance.

3. How to Deliver?

After paying, you will know a delivery time from our official invoice, the package will be sent or delivered within that schemed time. RELAB often arrange the delivery via DHL, UPS, Hong Kong Post, China Post or EMS. DHL international express is our preferred method.

In order to the package secure, RELAB doesn't deliver the package via any transport agent.  We can also select other ways in that case of customer request; it is also available to ship the package as per appointed forwarder or picking it up via freight collection.
