How is pasta made?
1.Raw material
Semolina,wheat flour,potato strach,corn strach etc.
2.Final products
Various shaped of pasta can be made by just changing the extruder dies.In addition,this line also can make pellet chips,snacks food etc.

120-150kg/hr & 250-300kg/hr & your demand...
4.Extruder
The raw materials are mixed with a precise dosing mechanism to maintain constant flow and obtain homogenous dough. The pressing phase is carried out with a single screw system specially designed to ensure optimal semolina hydration, mixing, compression and extrusion. Once the dough is kneaded to the required consistency it is put through fitted dies to produce the required shapes and cut to length.

The space is based on the machine you choose. We have three models processing line SLG65 ,SLG 77 and SLG85. . If you have any question ,please let m know.

The nearest port is QINGDAO PORT. Usually we deliver foods in this port .If you require other port, we could arrange.
