Product Description
Basket washer brief intrduction:
Basket washer is suitable for cleaning the meat, aquatic products, vegetables and other kinds of food processing enterprises turnover box(basket). Basket washer adopts high temperature and pressure water cleaning method. Through the the pump, the hot water can be pumped to the machine spray pipe in high speed and high pressure, The high pressure and high temperature hot water can move the dirty things or smudge on the box away. In the cleaing process, various cleaning solvent can be joined to improve the cleaning effect.
Basket washer features:
| 1). All the comoponents except the motor or nozzle are made of SUS304 stainless steel. The nozzle adopts quick release and heat-resistan plastic nylon type material; |
2). The machine is devided into main washarea(warm alkaline water cleaning) and rinse area(warm clean wate); |
| 3). Two circulating water tank from all directions to spray at the same time, and each tank is equipped with two filtering device, which is easy to clean up the dirty things. Each tank has separate drain valve, unified emissions; |
4). The water from two circulating tank flow back to respective water tank, the water won't mix together; |
| 5). Conveying speed is adjustable from 0-5m/min; |
| 6). The equipment is equipped with stainless steel electric control box, all power centralized control; |
7). Electric overload, overheating protection and independent electrical control box with thewaterproof effect. |
