QG series granulators are applicable to granulate various kinks of plastic material form injection molding , blow molding or extrusion molding . This series feature compact design .easy operation and quick blade replacement , it is great in motor power , cutting chamber size , and output capacity . Note：
1) SKD-11 is stell grade of Japanese JIS standard.
2)Max. capacity of the machine is subjece to diameter of screen mesh size and composition of material.
3) To avoid plastic from sticking to the blades,all materials should be crushed at normal temperature.
4) "P" Adjustable Paddle-blade type, without "P" adjustable claw-blade type
Features :
1、The knives are made of imported high quality steel ,high rigidity , long service life and reusable after sharpening .
2、Optimized structure and hermetic double sound-proof layers keep noise level low . Cutting chamber made of high rigidity material , after processing by CNC machine , has the features like high intensity , super wearbility , no contamination , long service life and easy for maintenance and repairing .
3、Inlet and storage box made of stainless steel .
4、Equipped with electrical current relay , motor overload protector and multiple safety devices ,To ensure safe operation .
5、UP QG40 series .Cooling pipe at rear plate of cutting chamber can effectively cool down and prevent the inside material form melting up .
6、QG Series feeding box which is opened by air handspike with self-lock function ensures safely operation .
7、QG70 Series both feeding hopper and screen cradle can be opened and closed by a hydraulic system with self-lock function , which ensures safety operation .
8、Regrind conveying system as standard .
9、Dust cyclone separator can effectively remove the air from regrind and facilitates the material collecting .
10、Anti-Vivration pads absorb vibration as standard .
Blade of claw-blade
Blade is made of impored material, SKD-11, torough special manufacture process and heat treatment,the blades become mote durable.
Blade of paddle-balde
Blade can be sharpened up while blunt and reused to prolong its life.
Screen
The separation design of the crushing chamber and material bin allows the mesh screen to discharge and clean easily.
