Q1: How we select models and specification?
You can email us for the series you need like NMRV, WP, SWL, R, F, K, S series with the details requirement such as output seed, ratio, power, etc. If with the picture or the drawing, that is much better.
Q2: If we do not find what we want on the website, what should we do?
1. You can email us for the model that you need with the data details, if with the picture or the drawing, that is so good. We will try our best to design the reducer that you want.
2. You can send us your samples, we will do the customized design for the order. Our technical department is really professional for the OEM/ODM product with more than 40 years' experience.
Q3: What is the payment term if i want to buy the product?
You can pay via T/T, Paypal, Western Union, Escrow, etc.
Q4: What is the guarantee for the quality?
One year's waranty against B/L date. If you meet with quality problem, pls send us picture or video to check, we promise to send spare parts or a new one to replace. But it do not include inappropriate operation or wrong specification selection.
