1. Description:
1. By PLC computer control, automatic frequency control.
2. Man-machine interface (touch screen), material level detection level, overload protection. Security alarm situation occurs automatically and display the touch screen.
3. Product storage procedures, chocolate colors and products can be replaced in differently in 15 minutes. Easy to operate and run a more stable with the right formula
4. Separate heating system and control system, when the power is off in control system, the heating system can ensure chocolate constant temperature and extend the life of the control system
5. Chocolate, nuts sauce or nuts, fruits, grains or other granular food are mixed each other; the candy is formed according to customer’s need with forming Diversification.
6. With 2 sets of high precision rotary lobe pump, it can continuously mix and batching system and high precision cam rotor pump, to ensure the proportion of stable, when the chocolates mix
7. Hybrid materials can be inspected by the sensor during the production process; inverter can supplement the materials, sensor control during the production process, without stopping the machines
8. The machine is made of stainless steel, SMC magnetic rodless cylinder special parts; it can achieve food hygiene requirements
9. We use imported technology; the machines will be continuously improved by customer service and commission report process. According to customer demand, on the basis of the original machine, we increase the material transfer system and a set of chocolate transferring system and make the products Diversification.
10. The entire line include flare mold, mixing and forming, cooling and packing section
