Features of fiberglass frp plane skylight
a. Transmission rate: 60%-90%, no light band and make indoor brighter.
b. Excellent weatherability: surface covered with DuPont aging resistance film to improve the anti-aging ability. Also, add UV absorber into raw material to absorb 99.9% UV radiation and slower color fading.
c. Excellent anti-Impact capacity: FRP enhanced material to improve anti-impact ability,
d. Anti-corrosion: resists acid, alkali and any chemical substances, especially apply to the fields with corrosion and costal area.
e. Temperature tolerance: -40°C to 120°C
f.Heat insulation: the thermal conductivity coefficient rate is 0.18kat/mhr°C, only 1/4 of glass.
g. Fire-proofing: HoLu FRP lighting panels are classified to normal class, classⅠ(OI>32), classⅡ(OI>26), all meet the requirement of fire department.
h. Good heat stability: the material is hot-setting FRP; the heat expansion coefficient is 2.2X10m/mm/°C, the relative displacement will be very small if use with metal color panel, no water percolation.
