Dates processing line
1.Introduction
The date processing line is made up of hoist,sundries choosing machine,bubble cleaning machine,
roller cleaning machine,high pressure spraying machine,drying machine(surface water),sterilizer,
grading machine,drying machine(inner water).This is a primary processing line.
2.Procedure
3.washing procedure
Put dates into hoist hopper: a lot of small stones drop on ground trough the roller intervals.Dates are
transported in the sundried choosing machine: we can adjust the wind capacity by the regulating valve,
the dust,hair and others can be apart from dates.
First washing stage:dates are transported into bubble cleaning machine(moving in bubble and belt),
there is a small hoist device,dates are transported into the spraying part(it can get rid of the surface
dust).
Second washing stage:dates are transported into roller washing machine(roller can get rid of the
dust in the gap of date).
Third washing stage:dates are transported into high pressure spraying machine(match a high
pressure spraying system to it).
3.circulating water system
High pressure system extract(by the pump C under roller conveyor) pure water(in the water box tank
A),water(water box B and A) can be extracted by the pump B under the roller washing machine by
tube connection and after that backflow water box B.Pump A(under bubble cleaning machine) extract
water in water box B,water flows bubble washing machine’s water box.
