The main poultry process is including below information. If you do not need some process, we will design new slaughter line for you accordingly. Pls inform us your specific request.
1. Scalding tank
This machine is used to scald the carcass of the chicken to remove the feather easily .
Stainless steel shell (thickness=2);Sheel (thickness=1)
Dimension: customized
Temperature between 58C°-61C° of the water
2. Verticial plucker machine
Which is used to remove the feather of the poultry after scalding.

3. Neck Defeather Plucker
This plucker machine is used to remove the feather of the chicken neck.

4. Spiral pre-cooling machine
This machine used to low down the temperature of carcass to keep the carcass good-looking and keep fresh in the forward process.

6. Automatic cut claw machine
This equipment use to auto cut the feet on production line

7. Separate carcass segmentation (cutting) machine
This machine is used for cutting piece of poultry or other products wihtout production line. The working principle is through the motor drive the blades rotating. In addition, this machine is equipped with adjusting system which can realize the cutting of different requirements of products.
