Main Process description:
1.Metering machine:To meter quantity canola seeds. Discharge them to temporary storage tank. If there have matter in this production. You need to close this meter machine to stope produce. This can prevent seed over load.
2.Magnetic selector:Magnetic separation equipment without power and ehaust system were used to remove iron. Dust removing wind net is installed.
3.Cleaning: In order to obtain high effective cleaning, ensure good work condition and production stability, high efficient vibration screen was used in the process to separate big and small impurity.
4.Flaker: Flaking means a certainty granularity of canola lamella was prepared for flaked of about 0.5 mm, the oil of raw material can be etracted in the shortest time and maimum, and control oil residual in sunflower cake is 1%.
5.Steam Cooker:This process is heating and cooking for canola seed which is easy to separate of oil and can provide the oil quantity from prepress machine. It is easy to operate and have long life.
6.Pre-pressing machine:
Prepress machine is continuous screw press machine which is suitable to the plant oil materials which has high oil content. The instruction of the cake is loose and easy to make the solvent permeate, the oil content of cake and moisture used for solvent etraction.
7.Filter:To filter oil after pressing.Duty:1.Without the filter cloth, filter paper, reduce the cost of filter greatly .2.All closed operation, environmental protection, no material losses.3.Vibration slag off greatly reduce the labor intensity to realize continuous operation.4.Pneumatic valve discharge, greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers.
8.Countercurrent cold and dry bo:The best moisture for etraction process is 7-9%, therefore, there must be effective drying means to achieve the bestetraction moisture.Adopting counter-current dryer can make water and temperature meet with follow-up process requirements, and improve the oil yield, as well as oil quality.

1.Degumming and deacidification: The gumming is moved by phosphoric acid and hot water. There are two ways to move the acid in the rice bran oil. One is chemical way, the other one is physical way. The chemical way is using NaOH to react with acid. This way is suitable for the capacity of 5-30T per day. The physical way is using steam and centrifugal to move the acid. This way is used for capacity from 30-2000T per day.
2.Decolorizaiton: This step is used to adjust the color of the oil. You can control the color of the rice bran oil according to the requirement of yur market.
3.Deodorization: The function of this step is to move the special smell in the oil. This is an important standard for refined rice bran oil.
