The DCS series china machinery blister machine with creative packaging is one kind of automatic weighing and packing machine suitable for the bean seeds, pellet or particles materials in the grain seeds, vegetable seeds, sugar,salt, feed, food, grain, chemical industry. For example, pellet wholesome material, corn, rice, wheat and grainy seed, medicine, etc. The packing weight can be rated from 5kg~80kg as per your demand.
Other Main application
You only need two person to handle all the procedure, 1st is for placing the bag on the discharing port, it will filling the bag on by the rationed weight automaticlly. 2nd is for placing the fladen bag to sewing machine for automaticly sewing.
1.Fully automatic and continuous, and easy to connect with other processing machinery;
2.Combined many functions into one: Conveying materials - Weighing materials - Making bags -Filling materials - Filling air or nitrogen (needs additional Air compressor or Nitrogen Generator)
3.Sealing bag - Printing date & code - Making holes - Conveying final bags;
4.PLC and touch screen control;
5.High precision with weight error of 0.3-1.5g;
6.High efficiency without crashing the materials;
