Thicker ABS Pastic Sheet Vacuum Forming Machine

This machine is applicable to plastic vacuum forming of 2-12Mm ABS, PS, PE, PP, PVC, HDPE thick sheets. Bathtubs, small and large car body kits, modified car interior roofs, outer covers of electric automobile, luggage, inner liners of household refrigerators (wine cabinets), engine shields, medical equipment casing, inner lining of kayaks, and personal-tailored whole plant solutions.

The upper and lower electric furnaces adopt rotary heating plates (arms) to make sheets to be heated evenly, and realize quick heating speed without power turn-off, the digital thermostatic temperature control or module temperature control is not affected by external grid voltage, and with auto-corrected output power, 25 % of electricity can be saved as compared with that of the ordinary type.
