Shipping way
1.What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 500pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for checking quality. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach you, subject where you are.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5 days, subject to your designs
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 10 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.When we create the artwork, what kind of formate is available for printing?
Please send us vectorgraph including: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, etc.
Resolution: no less than 1500 dpi, and the higher, the better.
