 A: First,You can send us a message from email or talk through Skype:ckcard17 or cell phone:+86  13427921011,provide your specific requirements and vector artwork -→Quotation(tell us your request about size,quantity,artwork) -→confirm to place order -→our designer will make a bleed  place as your design or our designer can make a design as your request -→send Confirmations draft and PI to you -→Signed back the confirmation draft and make the payment -→Start production after you confirm and payment -→production,about 7~8days,as you request -→Strict QC -→Delivery By DHL/UPS/Fedex etc. according to your shipping address.

Q: I have a design, can CK Smart Card just print my plastic card me?

 A: You can create your own design as you like , all we need is the artwork sent to us in a high-resolution file in one of the following formats: AI,CDR,PDS .If you need help creating your design, We have professional  designers that can help you make a  successful design.What you need do is just tell us your inquirements.

Q: I need the plastic smart card right now; What is your turn around time for printing and shipping?

 A : Our production time is usually 7~8 days,and shipping time 3~5days according your place.We do offer special quick services of 3~ 5 days for production time if you need.Generally,We will  provide you with a realistic and suitable time frame for the completion of your  plastic luggage tag item. A: We print cards in any quantity you need. The plastic card price is available by submitting a request for a quote. We encourages you to request quotes with the quantity more than 500pcs per design for you can get lower price.

Q: When is payment expected?

A: 30%~50% deposit in advance and balance should be paid before we produce and the rest  should be paid before we send to you.For the payment:T/T,Paypal,Western Union, Escrow are all available.
