1. Detailed introduction of the wood pellet quantitative and bag-sewing packaging machine:
This kind of wood pellet quantitative and bag-sewing packaging machine was mainly composed by four parts: automatic weighing device, conveyor device, sewing equipment and Computer Control System. It displays the following information: setting weight, accumulated package, working condition, etc. It adopts three different speed (fast speed, intermediate speed and slow speed) to feed and special feed auger construction. It uses advanced converter technique to control the measuring, and advanced sample processing techniques can resist disturbance, compensate and amend errors automatically. So that guarantee higher accuracy. Its main advantage is solved the problem that after opening the air chuck, the bag drops and materials spill over. This advantage shows that its higher technique and accuracy, which is similar products can not reach.
