Q What kind of raw materials should I use?

A The raw material can be corn flour, wheat meal, bone meal, meat meal, fish meal, etc. All can be sued for making fish feed pellet.  the size should be 60-80 mesh.the moisture should be 20-25%  

Q What is the size of the final fish feed pellet? 

AThe fish feed pellet is 1-12mm size, you can choose the size you need , with differnet moulds , you can make different sizes of the final pellets . 

Q The fish feed pellet machine is a single machine or a complete production line?

A It is depend on your needs . if you need the small capacity , one or two machines are ok for you , if you need big capacity , you need a produiction line . you can choose machines as you need . 

Q What is the production chart for the whole production line?

A the production line is goes as follows:  material crushing----mixing----making pellets---pellets flavoring----pellet drying----pellet packing. 

Q: What kind of raw materials should I use?
A: A significant majority of protein should come from named aquatic animals (fish, salmon, herring, krill, brine shrimp, plankton, squid) and plants (Spirulina, Kelp, Spinach, Algae, Vegetable Extract) and not from protein add-ons and fillers such as soy, wheat, and corn products, which should (ideally) be limited to no more than 20% of the food.

Q: How long does the floating fish pellet float on the water surface?

A: The feed pellets made by our extruder can float on the water surface for over 12 hours. While the floating time can be adjusted when the pellets are extruded.
