Our hexagonal double twisted wire mesh gabion baskets have been involved in a verity of civil work such as river treatment, channel lining, slope protection, road embankment, pavement etc.
Gabion Baskets Standard -- We applied international standards of EN, BS, DIN, and ASTM and under quality assurance system of ISO9001:2000 & CE, to maintain stabilized product quality.

Gabion Box are made of double
twisted hexagonal wire mesh, it is mainly can be produced with material like hot dipped galvanizedsteel wire, zinc and aluminum alloy coated steel wire, PVC coatedsteel wire, stainless steel wire, etc.
Gabion baskets is an economic material which is simple installation, good corrosion resistant, no collapse
even under big scope of deforming, mixed to form a integrity with the natural environment. It is also can be
folded together easily for transportation and further installation.

1.Galvanized Wire can be Electric Galvanized, Hot-dipped Galvanzied or Heavy Zinc Galvanized.
Electric Galvanized Wire: Zinc Coating 10g/m2
Hot-dipped Galvanized Wire: Zinc Coating 50-100g/m2
Heavy Zinc Galvanized wire: low carbon steel wire, Zinc coating 250-300g/m2.
2. 5%Zinc and 10%Zinc aluminum-mixed mischmetal alloy steel wire ,a new-type material.
3. PVC or PE Coated Wire.
