Product introduction:
Nonghaha Group SD series winch type sprinkler is the only company, which introduces the Italy advanced irrigation technology implementing domestication products, manufacturing the most high-end domestic sprinkler irrigation products, leading the development trend of domestic sprinkler; The working principle is below : firstly,through the submersible pump or booster pump makes high pressure, and water flows through the water pipe into the water turbine directly, high pressure water flow vertically impacts impeller blade, greatly enhance the driving force of water turbine; Secondly,High pressure water flows through the turbine into PE pipe, then sprayed to high altitude, falling on crops in the shape of small droplets; Recycling power using conjugate flow water turbine to produce strong power, and six gears reduction gear drives capstan rotation for recycling PE pipe.
Product Christeristics:
1.Winch recycle power:Driven by the conjugate flow water turbine,Replacing the domestic side type water turbine,which can guarantee the normal operation under the condition of low water pressure (0.4 Mpa) ; The working principle is that the high pressure water flow vertically impacts impeller blade,and outputs strong driving force within the full use of the water pressure. Compared to the side impact type water turbine power increases by 30%, jet radius increases by 30% under the same hydraulic drive.
2.Gear Box:Adopting 6 gear grinding process,the speed of recycle is 4~65m/h. meeting different crops of water requirements.under the same power drive situation,6 gears reduction gear box is less resistance than 2 gears reduction gear box,this is to say increasing the recycling power.
3.Spray Gun:
The imported Italy impeller type spray gun with stable and reliable quality and long lifetime; Atomization effect is adjustable at will, and no bad for crop seedlings.And rainfall distribution uniformity is more than 95%.
Domestic vertical arm type spray gun owning long spraying distance and strong wind resistance. There is no worry that it can work normally under different weather.
4.Sprinkler wagon:Nonghaha Brand sprinkling boom irrigation equipment adopts 4 wheels walking sprinkler wagon,it improves the walking stability and bearing capacity.Preventing sinking while it works on wet and soft farm land,and decreasing walking resistance.And the width of the walking wheel is 8cm,reducing to run over the crops when it working.
5.Lifting device of the sprinkler wagon:Lifting the sprinkler wagon by hand cranking the lift device after recycling the sprinkler wagon back to the host,and make the walking wheels keeping a space from the earth.It makes easier to mobile and transport the equipment and avoid the damage when it walks on bumpy land.
6.Driving method:Gear box transmits the power to the pared with the chain transmission,this gear transmission owns more stable and reliable function.
7.L&R Brackets:Combing the spiral deputy leg and extension tube,makes it easier to be operated and guarantees its stability when the wagon pulls the equipment.
8.The host walking tires:10~12 tires.Large size, super bearing capacity and walking ability.More durable and reliable.
9.Host Water Entry:Adopts left and right side design, more convenient to link with the water delivery soft belt, avoiding the water delivery soft belt appears bend so that affects the passing ability of the high pressure water.
10.PE Water Pipe:Korea imported raw material, carrying water pressure is 1.6Mpa, reliable quality, weather resistance, maturing, using life is more than 15 years.
