You can use watering to spray the vitamin/fertilizer manualy, one box by one box .In China, government don't allow to spray nutrients except water .Our domestic customer only use water for the bean sprout. It can also work well.

A: Yes

Q: what level is water?
A: The quality of water should reach the standard of drinking water,neutral water the better.
