Brief Information of Wood Sawdust Block Making Machine
Wood sawdust block making machine is a recycling machine by using the Hot Pressing Principle to process wood shavings and wood sawdust raw materials etc into wood pallet foot blocks which is widely used in packing industry, logistics and transportation.
With the advantages of light, good integrity, no nails and thorns, no-toxic and tasteless, no-rot, easy to clean, no combustion, no spark, waterproof, anti-explosion and anti-skid, quarantine-free, high recycling value and so on.
Raw Material of Wood Sawdust Block Making Machine
It is widely used for different grinding biomass materials, such as sawdust, waste of the wood(wood logs, wood chips, tree branches etc.), waste materials from agriculture(straw, stalk etc.) and forestry, bamboo, shavings, and waste materials from the furniture factory, the materials through crushing, drying and adding glue then hot press to be the block (brick).

Material moisture: about 10-12%

Main Features of Wood Sawdust Block Making Machine
1. New type of environmentally friendly product
Environmentally, fumigation-free, quarantine-free, without pollution. Use waste wood to produce compressed wood pallets which can be recycled, reused 100% recovery.

Price of compressed wood pallet is 30% less than softwood and hardwood material pallet on the market at present.

The moisture content is between 6% - 8%, moulded pallet in not hygroscopic, while the traditional wood pallet moisture content within 22%.

The weight of Single faced press wood pallet is around 15 KG, double faced is around 20 KG. t is 50% lighter of soft wood and hard wood pallet.
5. High dimensional accuracy
Specially designed reinforced mould guarantees the product strength and production of precision, which the traditional pallet does not have.
6. Smooth, clean and high quality surface
Made of high quality wood shavings, wood product surface with a white or red, the pallet has good appearance .While traditional pallet is dirty, easy to burr after using.
7. To maintain stability of the strength and stiffness
The wood‘s own natural defect is eliminated during the process of moulded. Pallets strength is higher than traditional wood product, maximum carrying capacity can reach more than 2500 kg.
8. Save storage and transportation space
New wooden pressed pallet can be used by superposition and the height of 50EA pallets can reach 7feet .the static load is 10 times of dynamic load, holding up by the forklifts from four tray shovel, if using the same quantity of pallets, it will save 3/4 space than traditional ones .forklift can carry 60EA new wooden pressed pallets at once. While the traditional wooden pallet 18-20EA only one time.
9. No nails
Not damaged items, good skid resistance, the surface effective protection bearing.
10. 4-prevent
Waterproof, moisture proof, mould proof, insect-resistant, and not easy to burn, can be used repeatedly and multinational.
