Automatic chalk making machine for school use
Such chalk making machine ( can be with 2 arms,4 arms,6arms,8arms) is supplied water automatically,mixing material by electric mixer,filling mould,taking off mould, all the work are in around assembly-line.The work efficiency is more higher than the traditional machine.And it can save 30% material.The rate of eligible product is 99%.The chalk size and shape can be customized.
When you want to product white chalk, only put water and land plaster with measured in the chalk mould; when you want to get color chalk, accordingly color is must need.
Chalk production process
1. Mold evenly brush oil, brush back and forth with a wide brush, brush the new mold should be more oil.
