BP-120# Cherry Coffee Bean Sheller
The Coffee Sheller is specially designed for removing the skin of fresh Cherry Coffee & Cocoa beans.
Rotating the red pulley, the coffee Sheller
begins to work.
The chain connects the feeding roller shaft
with the screen roller shaft.
Coffee beans falling into the working studio
with the rolling shaft.
The pulp skin is removed by this stainless
screen which looks like fish scale.
The shelled beans coming out from the
discharge mouths.
Skin will come out right beneath the pulper.
Point 1
The Sheller installation is very easy. Join the bolts, washers,
and nuts together and fix them, finish.
Point 2
Spanners are provided together to install the hopper and
pulley, also adjust the gaps.
Point 3
The Screen is made of 304 stainless steel or copper, so it
won't get rust after using.
Point 4
The gap between the feeding roller could be adjusted to fit
different coffee beans.
Point 5
The screen roller can also be adjusted to increase the
peeling rate without damage the beans.
Point 6
The beans and the skin will come out from different places.
