1.Features of Yuhong Laboratory Ball Mill :

1) Laboratory ball mill/grinding mill/ball mill machine produced by our factory is barrel grinding machine and is composed of feeding port, discharged outlet, rotation parts, driving parts (including:decelerator, small cog, motor and electric control panel) and etc.

2) The material of the cylinder is generally steel.

3) The inner liners of laboratory ball mill/grinding mill/ball mill machine can be detachable and good wear-resistance.

4) The cog adopts cast hobbing processing, so its hardness is high.

2.The Application of Laboratory Ball Mill:

Laboratory ball mill is the key grinding equipment after material has been crushed. Laboratory ball mill is used for test in laboratory. Laboratory ball mill is widely used in ore beneficiation line(eg:zinc ore, silver ore, gold ore, lead ore, chalcopyrite and etc), slag, cement, silicate, new type building materials, refractory materials, fertilizer, ferrous and nonferrous metal beneficiation as well as ceramics. 3.The Working Principle of Laboratory Ball Mill: 

Laboratory ball mill/grinding mill/ball mill machine is horizontal cylindrical rotation device,driving by brim gearwheel.There are two chambers and grid.Materials are put into the first chamber through the feeding inlet.In the chamber,there are liners and grinding steel balls with different specifications according to fineness of discharged materials.The rotation of  laboratory ball mill/grinding mill/ball mill machine shell can generate eccentricity.This force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity to impose force on the materials.After the primary grinding in the first chamber, materials goes into the second chamber through seggregation screen.In the second chamber of laboratory ball mill/grinding mill/ball mill machine, there are also flat liners and grinding steel balls.After the secondary grinding, materials are discharged through the outlet and screen.
