Broiler Chicken Premix Features
1.Short mixing period 30-90s/batch and high mixing homogeneity (CV≤5%, may be up to 3%);
2.Mixing Time (1-3 Minutes). Mixing homogeneity is up to 97%;
3.Specially-designed discharger door sealing system has good tightness, ensuring no products leakage;
4.Customized stainless steel body, strong resistance to corrosion;

Livestock/ Poultry/Animal Feed Production Line:
1.The crushing process:
Raw materials into the shredder is broken into customer requirements of size granular, crushed particles passing through the mesh into the crushing chamber and then is discharged from the discharge port.
2. Mixing, pellet process:
The crushed particles in the mixer is fully stirred and uniformly mixed, enter into the ring die pellet machine to make them pellet
3. Cooling,crumbler , sieving process:
Granular semi-finished products in the SH series plane revolving grading sieve for grading and two circular grinding process and the number of particles, powder for cleaning and grading.
4. Packaging process:
The packing process includes two parts: one is hosting part, the other one is packing part.
