STEP1:Gringing machine-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Raw materials into the shredder is broken into customer requirements of size granular.
STEP2:Mixer Machine-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The crushed particles in the mixer is fully stirred and uniformly mixed.
STEP3:Animal Feed Pellet Machine------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Mixed enter into the ring die pellet machine to make them pellet.The finished pellets diameter is 1.0-12.0mm
STEP4:Cooling,crumbler,sieving process------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Granular semi-finished products in the SH series plane revolving grading sieve for grading and two circular
grinding process and the number of particles, powder for cleaning and grading. Discharging port is the streamline
shape design, not the material deposition, to avoid cross contamination.
STEP5:Packaging Process-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The packing process includes two parts: one is hosting part, the other one is packing part.
