New cooling equipment with international advanced cooling technology;
- The octagon cooling bin has eliminated dead cooling corner, which is beneficial to the cooling treatment of materials
- The layer materials of cooler is uniform when produce,the particle temperature is not higher than 5 degrees at room temperature after cooling,grain moisture content: 13% or less (raw material moisture content is 13% or less);
Discharging boxes slide smoothly,running reliable;
- This machine is mainly used for cooling of particles and high temperature particles after puffed.

♥ Raw materials system of animal feed cooler :
The poultry and livestock feed produce line is widely used to process feed with different materials such as corn, maize, grass, grains, molasses, and some other raw materials, is suitable for all kinds of the feed factories.
1.The crushing process:
Raw materials into the shredder is broken into customer requirements of size granular, crushed particles passing through the mesh into the crushing chamber and then is discharged from the discharge port. The user can accord to the needs of the particle size selection screen
2. Mixing, pellet process:
The crushed particles in the mixer is fully stirred and uniformly mixed, enter into the ring die pellet machine to make them pellet
3. Cooling,crumbler , sieving process:
Granular semi-finished products in the SH series plane revolving grading sieve for grading and two circular grinding process and the number of particles, powder for cleaning and grading. Discharging port is the streamline shape design, not the material deposition, to avoid cross contamination.
4. Packaging process:
The packing process includes two parts: one is hosting part, the other one is packing part. The hosting machine will promote pellets from low to the top with its little hoppers, then drop the pellets into Packing Machine, with the automatic sealing system, the pellets can be packed into bags.

About the packing: the single machine, usually we use wooden cases or steel cases, if customer transport by whole container, it no need packaging.
