High efficiency animal feed crusher and mixer low cost grinder
Vertical mixer is intended for the preparation of mixed feed, mixing up the different weighed components. Fertilizer mixing machine has newly developed and adopt to mix more than 2 kinds of fertilizer and additive fertilizer.
With the feeding of animals by the combination fodder it is possible to obtain good results. The feed mixture of enriched by valuable mineral has a good taste, animals easily master it.
Working system: Different components are loaded into the mixer through the receiving bunker, from which with the aid of the horizontal worm conveyor they fall into the bunker-mixer. Components canbe loaded, also, through the opening in the upper lid of mixer. In the bunker of the mixer of mixed feed the screw elevator is installed on the bearing. The construction of worm conveyor guarantees the flat of mixing the components of mixed feed. Both worm conveyors of mixer obtain motion from the electric motor through the v-belt drive and the reducer. The mixer of mixed feed is governed from the box of launching and heat shield of electric motor. The mixer of mixed feed is exploited in the closed accommodation.
