The principle of dry fish food pellet production equpment:
Feed at environment of high temperature (110-200 °C) and high pressure (25 to lOOkg/cm2) and high shear force, high moisture (10% 20% or even 30%), through continuous mixing, conditioning, heating, pressure, curing, extrusion die and sudden depressurization formed a bulk porous feed.
Useage range of extuder machine:
It can be applied to different extruding processing, especially to the extruding soybean, poultry feed
Fuction of the final product of dry fish food pellet production equpment:
- The final product can be used in both aquaculture and pet.
- Palatability of feed become much well.
- Feed after puffing treatment, long chain structure of protein, fat and other organic matter to the extent of the short chain structure increases, it becomes easier to digest.
- The most basic is to reduce the bacteria, mildew and fungus content of raw materials, improve the health quality of the feed
- The feeder,cutter and main shaft are all controlled with inverter to ensure smooth running.
- Wear parts are made of special anti-wear alloy with long service life.
- It can process floating,sinking and slow sinking aqua feed in small diameter with a high in-shape rate.
- Equipped with barrel heating system which makes it easy to control the quality of products.
- Low malfunction rate and easy to adjust and maintain.
- It is mainly used to produce aquatic feed, pet food, extruded protein and other special feed.
The advantages of puffed feed:
1. After extruder feed form "popcorn" state, not only physical state has been changed, but also shape and internal structure of organic molecules has been changed. This makes feed easier to digest starch, protein easier to use.
2. After treatment of puffing, fragrance and palatability of the feed has improved to stimulate appetite.
3. To improve the quality of the feed.
4. The basic function of extruder is to reduce the bacteria, mildew and fungus content of raw materials, improve the health quality of feed.
