Brief introduction of wood dryer
The drum dryer,also called horizontal dryer,is a kind of drying equipment used to minimize the moisture content of the material processing.
Small grain dryer is a biological fertilizer dryer, including rotary kiln,induced draft fan, outlet, power mechanism, inlet, sieve and air-heater. It has the following characteristics: air-heater is on the side of outlet and induced draft fan is on the side of inlet; on the discharging end of rotary kiln. There are two layers sieves. Outlet has three mouths which are fine, medium and coarse. This machine makes the discharging materials more dry, granular more evenly. It also makes the materials not easy to crush or stick and be packed separately. It is suitable for drying biological fertilizer.

Application of wood dryer
Thanks to reliable running,flexible operation,strong suitability and high handling capacity,this rotary dryer is perfect for drying all kinds of mineral,chemical and biological materials such as coal slime,gypsum,mineral powder,sludge,coal ash,iron powder,fluorite powder,mill scale,iron powder,sand,wood chip,sawdust, bamboo shavings, wood chipper, wood shavings, barley straw, oat straw, wheat straw, rye straw, rice straw, sorghum stalks, straw, corn stover, potato vines, beans stem (including yellow soybean straw, bean straw, pea stalks, bean stalks, soybean straw and peanut vines lupine, pellet type material and other materials).
It has been extensively used in metallurgy,building material,food,grain,chemical,coal,pharmaceutical and mining industry as well as other industries.
How to work
Dryer is a slightly inclined to the horizontal direction of the cylinder, the material is added from a high end, high-temperature hot flue gas and the material and flow into the cylinder, with the rotation of the cylinder, the material due to the force of gravity to a lower run end. Application in a production line
Complete wood pellet production line is designed for industrial production to make biomass pellets from any type of agro and forestry wastes with output from 1 ton to 10 ton per hour.
The process of wood pellet production line include: raw materials preparation, wood crushing (For logs and other biomass materials more than 5mm in dia.), sawdust drying (if the raw material contains moisture is more than 18%), wood pellets pelletizing, wood pellet cooling, biomass pellets packing.
1) The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H).
2) If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.
3) If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.

Wood crusher
