Application
1.Accurate liquid level detection, high repeatability, quick response.
Output of liquid level is only related with whether photoelectric detector contacts liquid, not other features(temperature, pressure, density, electrical parameter), so it is with accurate detection, high repeatability, quick response, high accurate control.
2.Can be made multipoint level sensor.
Because of the small volume, one detected object can be installed several photoelectric detectors, making multipoint level sensor, variable controller.
3.High reliability, long lifetime, maintenance-free.
By reason of having resin encapsulation process on all components, there is no anyother mechanical moving parts inside the sensor. The sensor is high reliability, long lifetime, maintenance-free.
4.Free debugging, free check, application by direct installation.
Output of liquid level is only related with whether photoelectric detector contacts liquid, it is unrelated with other factors. So no need to adjust, can be installed directly.
5.Strong ability of adaptation.
Vacuum, pressure environment, inflammable and explosive occasions, and special liquid environment like turbulence flow, bubble, vibration, steam, GDY-series level sensor.
6.Adapt to special container installation.
Photoelectric detector is very small, can be installed separately in narrow space for special tanks or containers.
It can be widely apllied in water purification, sewage treatment, papermaking, printing, generator sets, petrochemical industry, food and beverage, electrician, dyeing industry, hydraulic machinery and so on.
