Urea level sensor
u Introduction
The main body of this series of adblue sensor is used anti- corrosion and strong stainless steel- materialSUS316, which is composed by high strength engineering plastic and precision electronic components.
It is combined the level of liquid detection, heating, sucked back into urea, temperature measurement, urea filtering
and other functions. Applicable to all types of trucks, buses and other adblue tank which with SCR system
(Selective Catalytic Reduction).It can accurately detect urea tank level and through the instrument to display.
When engine is working, the output of adblue could be discharged through the pipeline, after the high pressure spray
sprayed into the exhaust gas stream, then the exhaust NOx (nitrogen oxides) will be switched to non-toxic gases, thereby reducing the pollution of the environment, along with the heating cycle features that make rapid
melting of ice urea solution is particularly suitable for cold regions; this series of adblue sensor mounted using screw or
screw locking toothed variety of ways, disassembly convenient , reliable sealing .

u Adblue sensor is assembled by multi-function such as liquid level detection, heating, urea suction, urea back, temperature measurement, adblue filter,
balance adblue tank and external pressures, it through the OBD CANBUS transmit signals to other functions
u The products using high-strength, anti-aging plastic (LDPE HDPE), have good UV resistance and resistance to cold impact resistance, and can withstand
water pressure 0.3Bar

SCR system
u SCR system component
SCR system is to remove the diesel engine exhaust NOx. This system uses urea as a reducing agent
(also known as AdBlue), in the selective reduction catalyst , NOx is reduced to nitrogen and water. SCR system is
constituted by the catalytic converter (SCR box), urea supply unit (Supply Module), urea injection unit (Dosing Module),
adblue tank, DCU and the appropriate piping and line speed.
u SCR system operating principle
Out into the exhaust gas from the turbine exhaust mixing tube,the counter of urea ejecting is installed on the exhaust
mixing tube, the urea aqueous solution injected into the urea hydrolysis at high temperature and pyrolysis reaction
generated NH3, the surface of the catalyst using an SCR system reduction of NOx with NH3 discharged after N2,
in order to prevent leakage of excess NH3 was also reduced to N2. Generally, fuel consumption will also consume
100L 5L urea solution.
