Structure Features:
1. The crusher body
The main body is welded by high-quality steel plate, eliminating stress treatment / overall machining, to ensure high stability of whole machine during prolonged heavy work.
2. Knife / fixed blade
Knives are built by dedicated special alloy tool steel through forging, precision machining, multiple heat treatments and cryogenic heat treatment technology. The toughness & hardness is consistent, you can fix and use again to ensure their cutting and service life.
Fixed knives are installed by patented hook-type to maintain/replace the tool more easily.
3. Bearing / seal
Since bearing block takes the split & detachable type patent, you can quickly remove the knife, knife set, bearings and other parts, and easily maintain and replace blades, the unique sealing structure is effective barrier to prevent the contact between detritus and fats, it also can protect bearings and other gear in processing liquid materials.
4. Arbor
Processed by special High-strength overloading steel finely, the arbor is more reasonable to provide strong impetus for the cutting tool.
