RFID basic knowledge:
RFID is the abbreviation of Radio Frequency Identification,which is a contactless auto-identification technology based on the realization of radio frequency theory. It centers on the wireless communication technology and large-scale integrated circuit technology. It takes the advantage of the transmission feature of radio frequency signal space coupling or radar reflection to drive the RFID tag circuit to reflect back its storage information in order to obtain the information data with auto-identification on the static or moving objects. It combines with the internet technology to realize the target tracking and information share among the global distance.
A complete RFID system mainly consists of three components: A programmable RFID tag for storing data, a reader/writer to facilitate the reading and writing of data into the tag, computer system. Here’s how they work: When the object attached with RFID tags enter into the reading range of the reader/writer, the reader/writer will generate certain frequency of wireless radio wave to the RFID tags in order to drive the integrated circuit in the RFID tags so that the RFID tags will respond to send out the object’s data and the reader/writer will receive and unscramble the data received from the RFID tags so as to deliver it to the computer system. With the resolution by the computer, the customer can identify and track the objects on a real-time basis.

The rate for the rejected products should be not beyond 3‰. [Here the rejected rate means the rate of the total rejected quantity (found when the client using them) by the total good quantity. There the total good products do not include the rejected ones judged by line with dark ink. ] If it is beyond 3‰, the client can send back these rejected products to HL Tech.. And we HL Tech. will feedback the client with the inspection & test report of the rejected products within 7 days after HL Tech. received them in hand. Meanwhile, HL Tech. will make up the corresponding QTY of good products for the client and will totally bear the freight charge caused.
Q1: Can we get free samples?
A: Yes , we offer free samples, when we have samples stock, but shipping and taxes paid by the buyer.
Q2: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: The MOQ for dry inlays is 10000pcs, for wet inlays or labels is 5000pcs, for other special tags is 1000pcs.
