•  I want to make feed pellet for chicken, what's the proper diameter of the pellets?
• Answer: Diameter of pellets and application(for your reference):

• The machine works well, but it can not make pellets, it is hard to form pellets. What can I do? 
• Answer: If the moisture is too high or too low, it is hard to form pellets. It would be better if the moisture is between 13-25%, and the moisture depends on the raw materials. Different raw materials, different moisture.

• How can I make shining wood pellets without any additive?
• Answer: Control the moisture of raw material. Proper moisture can help you make beautiful pellet. Or try to add some waste oil, the oil can help the pellets forming and make the pellet machine life longer.

• The capacity becomes smaller after a period of time use, why?
• Answer: Probably because the gap between die and rollers is too big. Please decrease the gap between die and rollers. Or it is because the moisture of raw materials is too low. Add some water to increase water content.
