Our slip rings are unsurpassed in the industry for their quality and versatility
1.Rings:In addation to Bronze,copper,red brass,stainless steel and steel ring compostions can be offered. We can manufacture rings from any special alloy specified by the customers,as we have our own non-ferrous casting facilities in house.
2.Leads: Slip rings feature both rectangular and threaded leads in either brass or copper. We also manufacture slip rings in large quantities with cable leads.
3.Cores: We offer slip rings with diferent core materials including steel,cast iron and moulded core.
4.Insulation: Our slip ring can be used for high temperature and critical operating conditions. Moulded slip rings with special additives and fillers are provided for different applications. Our manufacturing and designing capabilities can provide range of standard and custome slip ring units.We manufacture slip rings in fabricated designs where the core is insulated with fiber glass,moulding mica and epoxy.The rings are shrunk fit on the cores with suitable insulation in between gaps. The size range includes slip ring up to 1 meter diameter or as per customers' requirements.
