Brief introduction:

(1) The raw material can be sawdust, rice hull, peanut sheller, bamboo , palm fibers and so on;

(2) The gear box is driven by high-precision gears, matched with automatic hydraulic lubricant  pump system which keep the gearbox working stability and warranty period;

(3) Blower system which is located on the site of work bin, can control work time freely, its main function is removing dust and discharge steam;

(4) With vertical motor, mounting hole with output shaft as the center, equidistant distribution, more powerful and stability;

(5) Ring die and rollers materials are alloy steel, hardness more than 52, assure the pellet quality and life time ;

(6) Working manner is pressed pellets from inside to outside, together with centrifugal force and extrusion pressure, improve capacity , at the same time , assure pellets hardness and density. Adopt 4-8 rollers working , increase press rate , it can use one mould with same hole size or different hole size according to client requirement .

All our package are standard fumigated wooden box, we need around 5 working days to finish the machine and ready to deliver. If want extra spare parts pls notify when place order.
