Ultrastructural Fine Grinder Machine
1. Application:
1.1 This ultra-fine grinder is mainly used to grind chemical industry, medicine, food, condiment, resin powder, be-powder etc different kinds of materials.
1.2 This grinder is composed of three parts: main machine, auxiliary machine and control box.
1.3 The whole machine are designed according to International standard, the whole machine are made of stainless steel, with simple structure, high productivity, easy clean, it’s a perfect and multifunctional crushing equipment.
2. Work principle:
Raw materials are conveyed to crusher chamber by screw converyor from hopper and crushed into powder by the high speed revolution blades. Then, the materials are winnowed, collected and transported by the negative pressure of an air intake of a blower to cyclone separator, impulse type dust collector, finally, into dischager and get the finishend products.
