Why vacuum cooling is needed?
1.Improve product safety.The dangerous temperature range of 20℃-50℃ at which germs breed easily can be shorten during the rapid cooling of products,so that germ breeding is effectively controlled.
2.Improve products’ taste.Product’s taste and color can be remained by rapidly cooling heated products,so that product’s quality is improved.If the products after heat treatment are directly naturally cooled,their color and taste will be changed,impairing their quality.
3.Improve production efficiency.It will take 2h to lower product’s temperature to room temperature in a cold storage:while it only needs 5-10min/lot to lower product’s temperature to room temperature using a rapid cooling machine,which saves time and manpower and improves production efficiency.
4.Reduce carbon emission.Low carbon means low emissions of greenhouse gases(mainly carbon dioxide)Responding to government’s call for low carbon emission,new Xinzhengda coolers are water,power and gas efficient in design,to save costs.
