Characteristics:
1.Automatic modified atmosphere packing machine is a box type packing machine which is Xinzhengda Machinery’s specially designed for fresh cool meat,cooked
food and other products.The packing principle is applying the high barrier material
(plastic t ray and sealing meberane)to prevent the air touch the air outside and
filling the air mixed so as to keep the food original flavor and appearance for a long time.Whats’ more,it will prevent the bacterial and microbe breeding to the max.
2.The device adopts the style of full vacuum exchange to fill the food into the
package.That is to say that in the condition of close vacuum,using the vacuum
chamber vacuumize the vacuum room to construct a high vacuum degree.Then fill
the proportional mixed air into the vacuum room.
3.This packing type will reduce the proportion of each kind of air.The rate of the air adopting full close vacuum exchange style rreaches to the 99%,so it solve the
condition of high residual oxygen proportion which caused by packing type of
traditional washing-compensation.It also will solve the problems of bad fresh-keeping effect,different proportion of filled air before and later and uncontrollable
shelf life.
Scope of application
This machine is widely used in packing the fresh meat,cooked meat,the auqatic,
fruits,vegetables and rices.The modified atmosphere packing way has teh characters of keeping the food high-quality,fresh,original-colored,original-shaped and original taste.
