Full automatic control system

autoclave machine  have been designed with a high A.I. interface, the whole sterilization process is controlled by the computer PLC, through the touching screen, customers obtain the most simple operation experience and the most ideal sterilization crafts. All the sterilization data (including sterilization condition, F-value, time-pressure curve, etc.) can be outputted, printed and stored.

·Achieves full automatic production

The bottom of the  autoclave machine is at the same level with outside ground. Food automatically loads or unloads through the working chain, to achieve the integration and full automation of product’s packaging, sterilization, loading and unloading.

·High space utilization, increased production with higher output

This  autoclave machine has a high space utilization, under the same production, the industrial sterilizers cover a much smaller area and with less energy consumption. The working efficiency will be greatly increased, and the production costs will be reduced.

·Efficiency, energy saving, environmental friendly sterilization crafts

Steam and the atomized sterilization water spraying directly in the sterilization pot from different angles, steam and water mixed convection, and form a perfect temperature distribution, facility with a direct heating and indirect cooling type, no contact of cooling water and process water, so that secondary pollution of the food can be avoided. At the same time, the working medium can be recycle used during the sterilization process, thus to save time and energy.

·Parameters such as temperature and pressure have a high adjustability , also can be controlled timely and accurately.

The chamber of the pot is equipped with four removable sensors, which can monitor both the F value of the food center and the heat distribution in the pot at all times, perfect pressure control during the whole sterilization process, to ensure the lowest degree of deformation for the package.

·Advanced configuration

The main parts’ material and the accessories of the industrial sterilizers are all imported (Siemens PLC, Burkert automatic control valve, SMC one way valve) To ensure our equipment working long time without error and has a stable performance.
