Trailer assembly type: Bolt on
Part A Lay the chassis upside down
step 1: springs mounted into spring hangers with M14x85
step 2: axle overhang the springs and connected by U bolts and fish plate
step 3: Hub-wheel: take off lugnuts from hubs, wheel rim go through the hub bolt and ended by lugnuts.
step 4: Drawbar fitted to the chassis by bolts according to the manual
Part B
Step5: Takes the assembly upside with assistance
Step 7: Put the lights into light holder, Lead the wiring to the trailer, connect the coupler according to the wiring diagram
Step 8: Check all the bolts and tighten fix special tools.
Part C: Take your trailer to the local traffic department for register with the Supplied VIN and cerificate of origin, please check the VIN (17 Nos and letters) starts from L4W.
