the machine process the raw materials as the floating type feed for the fishery ,poultry ,pet ornamental fishes and so on.

Working principle

Raw materials under high temperature (120-150 degrees Celsius) and high pressure (3.0-10Mpa), through different die holes , the material is extruded from the the die holes of the moulds, into the atmosphere, pressure and temperature drop quickly , make the volume expands rapidly, the moisture evaporate rapidly , solidfication and became puffed feed.
