Palm fruit initially grew in west Africa, while it was immigrated to Asia to be planted to the most. Nowadays, Malaysia has the largest planting plantation and Indonesia the second. As time goes on, our eating habit is changing everyday, palm fruit oil has been our mainly daily edible oil instead of soybean oil and rapeseed oil. Palm fruit is productive, with the right climate, which is tropical climate, and a lot of rain, the palm fruit can grow very well.In Malaysia and Indonesia, plantations are big, In Africa and Middle America, the plantations are expanding day by day,people are waiting to plant large area palm fruit to produce more oil and make good fortune.

In order to meet the different kinds of market, we have researched and designed some different technologies and equipment for different customers, we have large lines for 40-80TPH,middle lines for 20-40TPH, and small lines for 1-20TPH. We have finished both big and small lines in Africa, America and in South Asia.

Introduction of palm oil machine

1. Reception part of palm oil machine
We use load ramp to load the palm fruit bunches, the door will be controlled by hydraulic pressure.

2. Sterilizing part of palm oil machine
The palm fruit bunch will be transported by the conveyor to the palm fruit cage car and then the palm fruit cage car will be transported to the sterilizer and begin the sterilizing. We have vertical sterilizer for smaller lines, and horizontal sterilizers for big lines.

3. Threshing part of palm oil machine
After the sterilizing, the palm fruit bunch will be transported to the thresher, in the thresher drum, the palm fruit seed will be separated from the empty palm fruit bunch.

4. Digesting part of palm oil machine
After the threshing part, the palm fruit seed will be transported to the digestor, the structure of palm fruit seed will be adjusted to the most suitable state for pressing ,which can help you to get more oil and have more profit.

5. Pressing part of palm oil machine
The double shaft screw oil press is specially designed for palm fruit, we can get oil in this part.

6. Oil clarificatio of palm oil machine
After we get the oil from pressing station, we need to clarify the oil and make it much cleaner and more clear. During this section, we will use setting tank and centrifuge to make the oil much more clear.

7. Palm kernel recovery of palm oil machine
The palm nut will be separated from the fiber, stones. After then the palm nut shall be cracked, and then separate the shell from the kernel.
