• 10-500T/H oil material first cleaning,drying and storage section turn-key project.
• 100-3000 T/D oil pretreatment, shelling and pre-press workshop turnkey project (soybean hot peeling, bean skin crushing; the soybean extrusion, high oil contained pre-press cake extrusion, and high oil contained embryos puffed; of direct puffed). Rice bran production line turn-key project.

1,Used for loading palm fruit brunch from plantation, transport to sterlizer,Reception station adopt steel structure and concrete structure.
Have hydraulic control syetem,hydraulic door open/off automatic achieve continuous operation.Reduce operator,and operate more easily.
2, The sterilizing tank used direct steem to process ,which can reduce activity of the enzyme, prevent the cancidity,ensure the good quality the crude oil. At the same time. it`s good for the trashing processing.Time:80-90min

3, Fresh palm fruit separate from bunches by thresher rotary drum rotating.Palm fruits are conveyed to digesting tank by elevator.
Empty bunches are conveyed out of factory by scaper conveyor.
4, In digester,there are some baffle and stirring arm,under the drive of top motor. Baffles break palm pulp ,then heat the pulp by using direct steam.So that can adjust the moisture and press oil easily.
5, The palm fruit oil yield increases by adjusting material moisture and temperature in digesting tank.Digesting tank uses liquid level control, so material can distribute automatically can equipment runs fully automatically. Pressing machine uses hydraulic control system to adjust spacing between pressing bolts.So it can be suitable for various palm fruit species and guarantee the oil yield.
6, Using the continuous settling tank and the horizontal centrifuge machine remove the impurities in the crude palm oil,and it can reduce oil loss.
7, The press machine only press the palm fruit not break the nut,there are some fiber cover the palm nut,in order to get palm kernel,should remove the fiber, palm shell.Fiber and shell can be used as boiler fuel.
CPO(Crude palm oil ) refining section:
Oil fractionation refinery: including dewaxing, winterization and fractionation.
Fractionation is the process that make liquid or melted , cooling, precipitation crystallization, solid-liquid separation.The ultimate goal is to obtain solid oil and liquid oil
Dewaxing and winterization are parts of fractionation.
The dewaxing is removed waxiness, general cooling crystallization at temperature 5-10 degree , then filtering at temperature 15-18 degree.
Winterization is removing the high melting point of triglycerides in the liquid oil, the purpose is to produce salad oil, to ensure frozen qualified.
Palm oil fractionation technology is a new oil processing technology.Using this technology can get 8℃,10℃,14℃,18℃,24℃,33℃,44℃,55℃,etc,different melting point`s palm oil product. At the same time,it can also be used to cottonseed oil ,fish oil, pork oil and other animal oils.This prominently improves the added value of the oil products, increases the economic benefit of enterprise.
